This teaching emphasizes the fundamental truth that Christ alone holds supreme authority as the head of the church, challenging common misconceptions about apostolic ministry as a hierarchical power structure. The speaker explains that true apostolic ministry involves restoring Christ to His rightful position of leadership, with apostles serving only as they remain submitted to Christ's authority. Drawing from Ephesians 5:23 and Colossians 1:18, the teaching establishes a clear chain of authority where believers should follow apostolic leadership only when it aligns with Christ's headship, maintaining ultimate allegiance to Christ above all human authority.
