Ask honest questions, study Scripture deeply, and prepare sermons and lessons with a Bible teacher who knows where you are.
The Bible Teacher is a free Bible study companion for anyone who wants to understand Scripture: new believers with honest questions, families reading together, and pastors and teachers preparing to preach. Everything starts with the Word itself.
Type a question in your own words and get an answer grounded in Scripture, with the verses to read for yourself. Answers draw on the Bible teaching of Apostle Mary Banks, and you can keep asking follow-up questions.
All 66 books, chapter by chapter. Highlight verses, keep notes and bookmarks, and have any chapter read aloud while you follow along.
Guided plans for every season of life. Each day gives you passages to read, a short devotional, questions for reflection and a prayer.
Keep your prayers in one place and record the answers when they come.
Pastors, teachers and small group leaders can prepare a sermon or lesson step by step with a guided wizard, then keep the work in a workspace.
Browse more than 2,400 questions people ask about the Bible, study topics such as faith, prayer and holiness, and look up key Bible words in the expository dictionary.
The Bible Teacher works in 73 languages, from Spanish, French and Portuguese to Swahili, Hindi, Chinese, Arabic and Amharic. The questions, plans and answers all come in your language. Scripture comes from a published Bible translation, such as the Reina-Valera 1909 in Spanish and the Louis Segond 1910 in French, never from a machine translation; where a language has no published Bible here yet, the English text is shown.
Use it in any web browser, or install it on your phone or computer like an app. Guests can try a few questions; a free Mary Banks ID keeps your notes, plans and prayers with you on every device.
The Bible Teacher is part of Mary Banks Ministries, founded by Apostle Mary Banks. Its answers, topics and expository terms come from her Bible teaching, and the same Mary Banks ID signs you in to the ministry's other sites, such as the Faith Library and the Global Training Center.
